We would like to suggest an exercise which may help if u so should choose ... when u r in a quiet moment imagine a golden thread/ ribbon/ anything of Your choosing, stemming out of Your heart chakra ~ sending with LOVE and Healing visualize the golden cord moving down thru Your feet down thru to Mother Earth's core .. at this 'intersection' is where all meet .. bridging You to Your brothers & sisters all over the globe {think of themagnitude of this energy } ...

keep on moving Your golden ribbon thru mother earth until You have reached the other side of the globe ~ stretch up to father sky  until You reach the edge of gaia's energy field (You will feel it) ... now begin to move across the sky to one of the four points, as You are encircling gaia, imagine Your ribbon entertwining & weaving w/ the other Golden Chords ~ ribbons which forms a lattice ~ now, begin to visualize the lattice become complete whereby it surrounds gaia with a Rainbow of GOLDEN LOVE !

You may wonder How this will happen ? Precious Hearted Ones, Consciously or Subconsciously the Souls recognize the energy & send the message on to others ...
