" First, begin with yourself. For one week, just one short week, concentrate totally on yourself... Imagine in the greatest detail exactly how you would like to look, feel, move and think. Make it as real as possible. Experience this vision with all your senses. Feel the joy, the excitement. Imagine through your mind's eye the perfect you, and with your inner hearing, how you will sound.

Every time your mind strays to something else or moves into doubt, gently bring it back with an affirmation such as, 'I am now manifesting my perfect God Self'...Awaken with the image before you and spend every spare moment of the day...in concerted concentration on your pefect self in body, mind and Spirit...At the end of one week, affirm your perfection and then allow it to rest within...

At that time you will begin the next phase of perfecting your domain...Place your concentration on your abundance or on your relationships or on your creativity, whichever area is most out of balance in your reality. Begin to build the paradise in which you wish to reside...Build this world, this paradise made to order, in all its perfection. Place in it or make room for those with whom you wish to share your world and feel it, sense its smells, sounds and solidness until it becomes as real (or more real) than the reality in which you now exist...Create it down to its finest detail and see your perfected self walking, living, loving, existing in this heaven on earth. As with your perfect self, spend every spare moment concentrating on our creation: on awakening, throughout the day, as often as possible and especially before falling asleep. Again, after one week affirm your creation and turn it over to your Higher Self.

Proceed to concentrate on the next item of importance in your perfected world. If it is relationships, place each person according to his or her importance in your consciousness and imagine the perfect interaction between you. How would you act or interact with this person and how would that person respond? See yourself in perfect harmoney with those around you: giving feely, accepting their uniqueness and complementing their talents and strengths with your own, instead of competing and striving for superiority and supremacy. Feel the harmonious love and creative spirit flowing from one to another, magnifying, enhancing, until all of you beome a unified spiritual force of love, balance and peaceful coexistence...

You cannot build your perfect world without the abundance of the universe at your beck and call and so you must claim the truth that you are entitled to all the bounty and opulence created by the God Mind and know that it is unlimited in supply and available for the asking. You must create that certain, absolute knowledge within you that it is your heritage and God-given right to experience all perfection and abundance. And so for your next week in time, you must create, affirm and condition your being that this is so. How would it feel? What would you have? Consider not just your needs but your desires. Create it for yourself and for all those around you...Remember, as with the other visions of manifestation, spend one week in building this reality, analyzing, delving within, discarding old, outmoded concepts, half-truths, other people's ideas and expectations you have accepted as your own. Build your perfect abundance for one week, affirming throughout the day and night until you have firmly enrenched this idea deep within you...

Now imagine what you would do if you could do and be anything in the world. How would you fill your days? What would you create? What would you manifest in your world that would be the perfect example of who you are and what you stand for?...Allow your imagination to soar...How do you want to spend the rest of this life and the next, and the next? It should be your deepest soul's desire for this is what you will get...Live, breathe, dream every moment until you can feel yourself becoming empowered with this cretive energy and force. After a week's time, affirm it as truth beyond question and turn it
over to your Higher Self...

After you have completed this process, I ask you to begin again. How has it changed from the first time? What would you add or what would you delete? It will become more refined and defined as you become more attuned to Spirit and more sure of yourself. It will evolve and change as surely as you will. Play with the process, enjoy it. Feel the thrill of manifesting. Know that you, too can create worlds within worlds."
