CLEANSE AND DETOXIFY

YOUR CELLS...NOW

The Human Ecology Program is recommended for all persons who want to maintain or achieve better health by cleansing the colon, blood, lymph and cells of toxins. Effective for all types of drug addictions,

  • Periodically consume The Drink" throughout the day.

  • Get plenty of fresh air... and spend time in nature.

  • Continue with "The Freedom Aerobics Exercise Program." This is particularly beneficial for releasing toxins from the lymph system. Moderate exercise is of paramount important for a successful detoxification program.

  • Take steam baths and/or saunas if possible. This assists in releasing toxins through the skin and other organs of elimination.

  • Watch our "nature" music/video programs and/or
listen to our meditative music cassette programs.

  • Take a therapeutic mineral salt bath.

  • Relax and enjoy the experience.

In The Evening Before Retiring

Put one tablespoon of "For Your Health" colon,
lymph and blood cleanser in a glass of water with 1/2

teaspoon of High Potency lacto-bacillus acidophilus. If you are having difficulty sleeping, take valerian root

and/or 500 mgs. of L-tryptophan, a natural tranquil

izer. Listen to beautiful, relaxing, meditative music and get a good deep night's sleep.

Start the process again in the morning!

Breaking The Fast

Breaking the fast in the proper fashion is as important as the fast itself. Here are some guidelines:

  • Start by eating raw fruits and vegetables, then add lightly cooked vegetables and starches.

  • Remember to drink at least 16 ounces of clean, pure water every day.

  • Add each new food individually, one at a time.

  • Once your body begins purifying itself, you will discover your desire for food is greatly diminished. Your intuition will encourage you to naturally incorporate periodical fasting as an integral aspect of your new lifestyle.

Additional Tips

Dry Brush Massage. Purchase a loofah or a natural dry skin brush at your local pharmacy or health food store. Briskly rubbing and massaging your skin with the loofah increases your circulation and facilitates the elimination of poisons and toxins.

Start the morning with a warm shower. With your skin still moist and warm, vigorously massage every part of your body. After massaging for five minutes, rinse with cold water.

Therapeutic Mineral Salt Baths. Mineral salt baths are available at your pharmacy or health food store and can turn your bath water into a hot mineral spa. At the end of the day, relax and luxuriate in your own spa. Turn down the lights, light a candle, and put on beautiful music. Relax and enjoy yourself.

Indian Healing Clay. Clay makes a fine cleansing and body mask. When used as a mask over the whole body, it draws toxins from the skin, soaking up excess oils and surface impurities. The stimulating effect and circulation helps purify the blood and rejuvenate the skin from the inside out. This exchange leaves skin feeling vibrant, clean and healthy. Clay has been used as a healing agent in many cultures throughout history.

Environment. Pay close attention to your immediate home and work environment and institute positive changes that support your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual development. Decorate your environ

ment with plants and flowers, and procure works of art which reflect and transmit a positive message. Fill your home with beautiful, soothing music. Create an environment that nurtures. Be sure to have access to a plentiful supply of clean water. Purchase a negative ion generator. Install full spectrum lighting in the workplace and the home. Be creative, and take the initiative in making positive changes in your immediate environment.

We also recommend that you read two highly informative books: 50 Simple Things You can Do to Save the Earth. Diet for a New America, by John Robbins, an important work that scientifically explains the ecological and physiological consequences of a high protein, high fat diet.
