DIETARY GUIDANCE

A low protein, high carbohydrate, low fat diet is optimal for maintaining good health. We recommend the following food groups:

  • Seeds, grains and nuts (raw or lightly roasted and unsalted). All seeds and nuts should be eaten raw or soaked in water overnight. Those that can be sprouted should be eaten in that form. Sprouting retains the living enzymes and greatly increases the abundance of nutrients.

  • Vegetables (organic, if possible). Fresh vegetables may be lightly steamed or sauteed in a wok.

  • Fruits (organic, if possible). Fresh fruits are best eaten as a single meal. They are cleansing foods.

Avoid excessive consumption of mucous-forming foods such as milk, cheese, eggs and meats. These

foods encourage and stimulate excessive mucous production within the body and protein putrefaction.

This leads to the proliferation of E. Coll within the gastrointestinal tract. These bacteria are responsible for the auto-intoxication process. A healthy light diet of fresh fruits, seeds, nuts, sprouted grains or seeds, green vegetables and cooked grains will prevent excessive mucous production with all its attendant problems.

These recommendations are intended to promote

long lasting health and the restoration of the abundance of lacto-bacillus acidophilus within the gastro

intestinal tract. When this occurs, no excessive internal poisons are produced and vibrant health results. Also, the body will create all the essential B-complex vitamins, including B-12.

cream, white bread, preservatives and other devitalized processed foods.
