As time goes on, and you become more familiar with the program, you will naturally know which additional program and health products to purchase.
Daily Schedule This is a simple program which will create maximum results in the shortest possible time. The daily schedule allows you maximum flexibility for implementing the program. All that is required is to conscientiously implement the suggested changes. We suggest you begin the program by thoroughly cleansing and detoxifying your system as explained in detail in "Cleanse and Detoxify Your Cells Now." First Week We strongly recommend you make "The Drink" every morning ("This Is It") and rebound to the "Freedom" videotape. In the evening, listen to one of our supraliminalTM Music/Video Programs or Music Cassette tapes. By consistently following The daily schedule for three weeks, you will begin to experience dramatic, positive changes in your life. The more you consistently work with the program, the greater your results will be. To emphasize once again, the program is simple, fun and most importantly...it works! Second Week As you may have realized by now, The Human Ecology Program is a process of self-awareness. By becoming aware of yourself and your cells, both internally and externally, you empower yourself to adopt significant, health-enhancing lifestyle changes within your daily context of activities. As your limitations dissolve, you will develop greater self-awareness, self-love, and self-confidence. This will result in a more creative, interesting, and abundant life for all.
