Gentle Evolution


This writing I share
from the heart of my being
to the heart of all beings.

This writing I share
from the Heart of All Being
to the being that is you.

Transcending all cultural differences,
through time, space, and form,
there is One Essential Source
of all consciousness
and all life.

We manifested into infinite variety
and infinite form,
but we never lost the part of ourselves
that is eternally connected
to the Source of Love.
The essence of these words
resides eternally in all of our hearts,
and brings us into the present moment
even as you are reading this now.

Life is an open book:
we create our own destiny
and walk our own path.


Life on Earth
is a sacred and wonderful opportunity
for all of us.


We can choose the path
of healing and light,
fully embracing life
and giving thanks
for every breath
and every step we take.


Before anything was created÷
planets, stars or sky,
wind or rain,
sound or light,
there was only infinite time, space,
and peace.

Then the Source of all life÷
in inconcievable creativity and love÷
decided to manifest in an infinite variety of beings
on an infinite variety of planets.

Each of us was unique and beautiful,
and we were one in essence;
we were here to live together
in absolute harmony and joy.

After eons of history
and journeys into time and space,
we had gradually forgotten who we were
and the Source from where we all began.

"The Fall" was the fall from this knowing.


We are coming to now remember the truth of life,

the truth of consciousness,

the truth of who we are.


We are united in a timeless circle of Love.





Eons ago,
beings were first seeded in the universes,
destined to incarnate into forms
on this and other multi-dimensional planets...

free, conscious units of love and light,
individual emanation-rays of the one Source...
living beings endowed with free will
to create, play, learn, and explore.

Coming from the celestial realms,
we have a message encoded within our consciousness
that whatever would happen...
no matter how entangled we became...
at a certain point in 'time'÷
we would begin to awaken
to the dream of our Creator.

That time is now.


It is happening gradually,
allowing us glimpses into higher reality,
glimpses into the fullness
of our being.

These glimpses are the catalysts,
the homeopathic stimuli
for our Awakening.

This gentle evolution,
this natural recognition,
is progressively dawning
in the hearts and minds
of all the souls on Earth.

It is peaceful and easy.

It is our destiny.


We are Children of Light being born.





Energy shifts

are happening on this planet

that are opening up new possibilities

for everyone.


This time in our history

has been prophesied for eons,

and we have all been waiting for it.





All of us are going through transformations
in our lives
and in our beings.


The purifying effects

of the new frequencies on this planet

invite us to empty ourselves

of all inharmonious patterns of consciousness

and accept all the goodness and blessings

that are eternally existing

within and without.


We are all one family
sharing the same home.

The Earth is a living being
and we can feel her calling us to do what we can.

She tolerates us
as a mother does her child,
and waits in silence and compassion
for us to grow up ...

She supports and protects us
and shares her harvests and treasures with us.

Let us now live in awe and respect,
with great care for this Earth,
and gratitude for the incredible mystery
of this life.

The madness on this planet can not go on.

The wisdom of the Earth is revealed within our hearts now...

we are open to the sunshine
of a bright new day.







The time has come
to get in touch with our deepest hearts
and use all our resources
to act.

Calling upon the eternal powers

of creation, sustenance, and transformation

and acting as servants

and messengers of God,*

we take our place

in the circle of conscious beings.









*Any reference to God or a higher power
refers equally to both male and female aspects of Divinity.



I speak now
with those who know this already
in their hearts.

Throughout eternal time and space
in every land and every place,
we are called with the Song of the Divine
to rise and act for Love.

This is a call
for all who are searching
for truth and a better way.

This is a call
for all the Children of Light.

This is a call
to anyone who will hear.



The message of Divinity awakens us
from the need for violence, hatred, and agony,
and allows us to learn acceptance
of the unbounded goodness
that flows softly and peacefully
from the Heart of God.

It is
harmony, joy, healing,
love, devotion, and celebration.


This is our opportunity

to return ourselves

and our planet

to our natural state of ecstasy.








There is a network of beings

who are tuned in to this energy

and share a vision

of an Awakened humanity.


This network is growing

ever-branching roots,

a cosmic telephone line

gradually making

more and more connections.







We come into wholeness and
Reality emerges in our lives
when all inharmonious patterns dissolve.

Reality always has been,
always is,
and always will be...


It is the reflection of Reality which comes and goes.



The spiritual path

and human transformation

are an individualâs journey

into purification and discernment...

a detoxification from unreality.



Our body÷
including our subtle energy bodies÷
contain the personal histories
of our evolution in consciousness.

As we are living our lives consciously
we have a pure background
upon which the darkness and illusions in ourselves
may be seen.

This vision is the key to transcendence.

We can understand that whatever negative patterns
we have been conditioned to follow
are not our real selves.

In this way
we can live abundantly on this earth
with purpose and crystal clarity.




All of us are called

and all of us are chosen,

but it is up to us to respond to the divine message...


it is a self-selection process,

we choose ourselves.






We will know in our heart
that we are on our way home
when we no longer have a choice.

If we still think of our spirituality as a hobby
or something we do for an hour a day,
then God has not caught us yet.

When our heartfelt desire
to live in Love
and be with our spiritual family
is the most important thing in our life,
it will all be ours...
more than we can dream.

The very moment
that our desire for Love is pure,
we will already be a part of that Love.

As we are willing to release
all fear and doubt
and follow our heart
through all of life's challenges
we will find our way Home.









It has been a long journey
away from our Source.

Lifetimes of forgetfulness have brought us to this day.

Our journey home
is a journey into the present moment...

simple clarity and presence,
reflecting everything
and binding to nothing.

Alert, open, natural, conscious...

equal to all.


The unveiling
of the truth
will be many things
at different times,

as we experience
each veil
falling away...

like the old skin
of a snake.


Beyond the push and pull
up and down of duality,
what we call "the world",
is Eternal Reality
which is a sea
of ever-expanding
beauty, peace, and happiness.

Meditation, prayer,

and spiritual purification

lead us out of duality

and into Divine Consciousness.






The thirst of our soul
pulls us away
from the temporary happiness
of this world
and towards a higher pleasure.


Higher pleasure for the soul

is in Divine Awareness

and Eternal Loving Service

to God.





The soul is thirsting for this
because our nature is to be enlightened
with Divine Love and God-Realization.

The soul propels us
on our path
toward higher and higher experiences
of Divinity
until we are living this
eternally.

This state is transcendent
to the lifetimes through which the soul
has had all its many adventures,
journeys, and relationships
in different types of bodies.

The soul is eternally existing beyond time and space.


We are coming to fully realize

this loving Source

within ourselves, everyone we know,

and all beings everywhere.




we can forgive
completely and absolutely
anyone who has done less than loving things with us
or to those we love.
They were just playing their part
in the cosmic play.

Next we must sincerely regret any pain
we have caused anyone else,
and consciously avoid repeating those patterns
which would knowingly give pain to others.

Everything in the universe happens for a reason.

Anything that has occurred
and anything that anyone has experienced
was necessary for everyone
to grow and learn from.

There are no victims in this play;

it only looks that way

from a perspective in duality.








Each being is a partial reflection of ourselves.

What we cannot accept in another being
is just a reflection
of what we cannot accept in ourselves.


The world we see

is just a reflection

of the evolution of our awareness.


Ultimately we will find
that we are living in a perfect universe.




Our tolerance and understanding
of Old World ideas and patterns
will allow new possibilities for learning
and living our lives.

Our acceptance of new ways
is as appropriate as a caterpillar's
acceptance of butterfly-wings.

We can simply allow the light
to enter and shine
everywhere.

Light can exist
where there was once darkness.

Love can exist
where there was once fear.


We can change the world

by changing ourselves.






Where we are in this moment
is absolutely where we need to be
to learn the next lesson.

No one is more connected
or less connected
to the Source
than we are.

We are all here together.

All souls are eternally alive
and existing in perfection
in this very moment.

We have all always existed
and we will all always exist.

The self is never born and never dies.







Our true self
has an eternal loving relationship
with the Divine.

This is the real source
of all our happiness,
all our blessings,
and all our lessons.


The flowering

of our true individuality

happens when we reawaken

our soul's inherent nature

to love and serve

the Source of all that is.



Life is meant to be fully embraced and fully lived.

We are an integral part
of the Divine Dance.

We are meant to be here!

Take a chance
and enter into the mystery.

The only real safety is in diving into life

aware of the possibilities.

Participation is the key to living.

We grow, evolve, become integrated,
find love, and find ourselves
by jumping in the river of life÷
playing, swimming, splashing, and dancing...


We are always supported in God's Love,

we cannot drown.










We can take a step
through and beyond
our comfort zone...

our inner heart
is eternally yearning
to enter into the mysteries of life.









Simply by surrendering
to that which is Divine,
everything comes.

By opening to our souls highest destiny
we are full in joy and gratitude...

receiving more grace and blessings
than we could have even imagined.

We are humbled in a state
of abundance and bliss.




When we see the unreality
of everything that society taught us was real,
we have seen through
the fundamental illusion.

We find that the self is existing
in happiness.

We find that happiness is not a goal
outside ourselves,
or something to taste now and then...

it is the nature of our being.



Love, harmony, peace, and fulfillment

is what it simply means

to truly experience life.


Bliss is not an altered state!
